This refund policy applies to products purchased from this platform

Returns

  • If you are not satisfied with our products or need to return them for any reason, please contact us first and we will provide you with the best solution!
  • Normally, we do not accept returns without valid reasons. Please contact us before purchasing to confirm whether the model of the device matches your device. We will provide product configuration information and pictures for you to observe to ensure that there are no problems before shipment.
  • Most of our products offer a 3-12 month warranty. Please refer to the product details for the specific warranty period. Each product has a different warranty period. If you encounter any problems during the warranty period, please contact us!
  • Our warranty covers hardware failure, software failure, damage before product shipment, natural product failure, etc., such as diagnostic tools, ECU, ECM and various accessories cannot match your device, cannot be recognized, etc.
  • In the case of replacement or repair of the product, the remaining warranty period of the original product will end and the extended warranty will not apply, unless the user needs to extend the warranty period. If you have this idea, you can contact us and we will give you a satisfactory answer. 
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refund conditions

  • This refund policy only applies if the return or refund is not due to our fault.
  • To apply for a refund, you must have a legitimate reason and return the product. The returned product should be in its original condition, without damage or missing parts, and should not affect secondary sale.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Late or missing refunds

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
