What is the scope of the warranty?

This warranty policy covers the following:
  • Within the warranty period, if the product experiences any material or quality defects under normal use.
  • Hardware failures, such as ECU, ECM, adapters, diagnostic tools, displays, and computers, experiencing physical component failures under normal use.
  • Software failures, such as our products being fully programmed before sale. If the software is incompatible with your device upon arrival, we will remotely reinstall the software for you.

What is not covered by this warranty?

This warranty does not cover problems caused by:
  • Conditions where the failure or damage is not caused by material or workmanship defects.
  • Any accidental damage, such as drops or liquid damage.
  • Any manually caused device malfunction.
  • Any manually caused software unrecognition or incompatibility.

What will we do to correct problems?

We will repair or replace the product at no cost to you, using either new or refurbished parts, or cover the repair costs if they do not exceed 10% of the total product cost.

Returns?

  • If you are not satisfied with our products or need to return them for any reason, please contact us first and we will provide you with the best solution!
  • Normally, we do not accept returns without valid reasons. Please contact us before purchasing to confirm whether the model of the device matches your device. We will provide product configuration information and pictures for you to observe to ensure that there are no problems before shipment.
  • Most of our products offer a 3-12 month warranty. Please refer to the product details for the specific warranty period. Each product has a different warranty period. If you encounter any problems during the warranty period, please contact us!
  • Our warranty covers hardware failure, software failure, damage before product shipment, natural product failure, etc., such as diagnostic tools, ECU, ECM and various accessories cannot match your device, cannot be recognized, etc.
  • In the case of replacement or repair of the product, the remaining warranty period of the original product will end and the extended warranty will not apply, unless the user needs to extend the warranty period.
